Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet citrysy. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of wheat and medium notes of citrus, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is thin.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of fiulijn. Hazy pale golden with a white head. Weak yeasty aroma. Light body with vague fruity accents and a finish without any real hoppiness. Unspectacular. 200608

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Mild orange peel and light spiced aroma. Mild lime flavour not too citric though. Light citric finish though. Ends dry and mild citric.

Hazy blond color. It has almost no aroma, and no flavor; very dry mouthfeel, harsh at the end; paper flavor. Useless.

Stupenduously high, dense, white head over very pale lime-yellow beer. End of bottle fully opaque. Slightly spicey (coriander), perfumed, orange blossom and vanillaed dough. Very dry-citrussy, near tart taste. Slightly yoghurt-like, lactic notes. Actually, this is Berliner Weisse-like! No traces of coriander flavour. Despite the marked dryness, quite some refreshing qualities. Very slight acidburn. The representant was loathe to sell me this beer - because he didn’t like it himself!! For once that I LIKE a witbier, for Chrissakes! Perfect marriage between Berliner and witbier.
