Sampled from bottle at deanso’s. Purple with pink head. Sweet cherries and sour cherries/ cherry stones. Very dense fruity, some horse, light lactic pucker. Medium sweet and over medium sour. Over medium body, average carbonation. Big fruity and nice tartness. Good stuff.

Bottle shared. Cloudy purple brown with a purple head. Aroma of fresh blackberry, red berries and mineral notes. Flavour is light heavy sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared thanks to Kevin. Super deep purple with small light purple head that doesn’t last long. Lots of cassis, blackberries, light funk, soft herbs and sour lemon. There’s a hint of smoke and dried berry skins. Medium sour and light bitter. Medium bodied with soft but fizzy carbonation.

750ml bottle courtesy of Joel. .Deep, dark purple pour with matching purple head. Big jelly jar aromas and a bit of the impending sourness. Taste arrives with e the expected sweetness, huge berry flavor, and the normal de Garde pucker. Really nice

Bottle thanks to Jeremy. Pours a dark purple with medium pink head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong oak, berry, funk. Medium body, jammy berries, light funk, oak, nice sourness, low acidity, really enjoyed this.

750ml bottle. Pours out a a dark midnight purple topped with a fizzy purple head. Nose is amazing big berry jam sweetness along with a nice rich tartness. Taste is more of the heavy berries sweetness jam a nice tart pucker plenty of barrel notes. Wow this is great.
