Our signature 2011 Quince Anos took a long, dark nap inside of Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. This assertive English style Barleywine mellowed out beautifully and took on some of the oak character of the bourbon barrel. Dark fruits dominate the palate, but the vanilla shines through and it finishes smooth.
