Sample @ the Sour & Bitter event in Copenhagen. Pours slightly hazy deep golden with a very small white head that doesnβt leave much trace when dissipating. Smell is sweet and fruity with mango, pineapple, caramel, pine, grass, bread and orange peal. Taste is sweet, bitter and malty with bread, pine, mango, papaya, pineapple, orange peal, resin and wood. Mouthfeel is round, oily bitter and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with pine, grass and pineapple.

On tap at Pizza Port Carlsbad. A true standout pale ale! Pours with a clear golden-orange body and a white head. Aroma is super fresh, dank, herbal, spicy, orange. Taste is bitter, dry, good, orange, spicy. Super drinkable. Better than the recent Stone/Ballast Point collaboration. Dry and bitter.
