Back in February our friends from Logboat Brewing Company of Columbia, Missouri traveled to Portland to team up for a brew to celebrate this weeks Craft Brewer’s Conference. We stirred up a dark lager that has both depth of flavor and a light crisp finish. It was a lot of fun to brew, a joy to lager and we have been looking forward to drinking it with you. Pilsner, Vienna, Rauch, and Black Prinz malt. Nugget, Liberty, and Santiam hops. Bohemia yeast.
