Bottle at home big thanks to Maakun! Near clear orange, very short lived. Red apples, syruppy concentrated apple and tannin juice, sweet, rich, dry, tannins dancing on my tongue, bit metallic note in the finish. Very complex, over medium sweet and cork dry. Over medium body and light on carbonation. Very nice.

Bottle shared. Dark golden to light amber. Soft funk, sweet apple, caramel, apple pie, dry woody tannins, leather, apricot, soft alcohol. Very fruity, but also nice dry tannins and soft dry funk. Solid medium sweet, under medium bitter and very light tart. Solid medium bodied and medium dry. Incredible cider, one of the best in the world imho.

Bottled. Ambery golden colour with no head. Aroma is sweet ripe apples along with some resiny and mild wooden notes to it. Flavour is sweet ripe apples, some mild white wine elements as well as mildly yeasty notes. Quite bold palate, though the flavour isn’t the most exciting.

Bottle bought @ Systembolaget. Pours very hazy golden with a big fizzy champagne-like goldenish white head that quickly dissipates without leaving any trace on the glass. Smell is fruity and slightly funky with apple must, dry soil, leather, hay, green apple skins and hints of barnyard. Taste is slightly sour, fruity, funky and tannic with ripe smashed apples, moist soil, leather, hay, barnyard, dry wood, sour apple skins and hints of white grape skins. Mouthfeel is dry, tannic astringent and medium bodied. Finish is slightly sour, fruity, funky and tannic with ripe smashed apples, hay, leather, barnyard and hints of grapefruit rinds. Complex, elegant and tasty!
