Bottled at SBWF. Clear amber. Woody red apple aroma. Sweetish with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Spritzy and elegant with mild flavours of red apples and white wine. Complexx and refined.

Corked bottle, vintage 2010
Beautiful color, bright gold-orange, hazy, with small but persistent collar of foam, and fine perlage. Perfumy apple aroma. Flavor of apple juice, apple skins, very dry as expected, with the same high tannins and astringency as the Cuvée Carpe Diem tasted side to side.
Very good.
