Evo is a showcase Northwest IPA, hopped with Yakima Valley Simcoe, Amarillo and Centennial, then aggressively dry-hopped with Simcoe and Columbus. Deep copper in color, it boasts a deep floral aroma with strong notes of grapefruit and tangerine citrus on the palate.

Can shared in London - many thanks to Daniel. Pours clear orange-gold with a creamy white head. The nose holds citrus, lightly toasted biscuits, orange peel. Medium sweet flavor with bready pale malts, crackers, hints of pine, orange, melon. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Fairly sweet on the finish, lightly resinous, oily, with some bitter grass, earth, bread, ripe citrus. Not bad.

Can thanks to Danny. It pours hazy orange - amber with thick light yellow head. The nose is fresh, pine needles, sweet lemon, caramel, bitter orange and a touch of smoke. The taste is crisp, bitter orange, pine needles, light toffee, grassy, soap and a touch of alcohol. boost with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Pretty ok.

Can as ’Evo IPA’. Hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is a little crisp from mild fine carbonation. Mals bring a modicum of tired tasting sweetness. Modest citric peel hops, some hop sting. Touch of pine. Light finish. Quite a recessed IPA. Okay.

Big burst of hops up front in aroma and taste, then fades quickly, kind of metallic. Sweet malt takes over when hops fade. Lots of promise, but lacking overall

22 oz. bottle, courtesy of fiulijn (thanks Alex), pours an opaque bright orange amber with a medium beige head. Nose is on the maltier side for an IPA, with caramel malt, rich resinous hops, and a little woody element. Flavour is much along the same lines, with a dry woody palate, bringing out notes of dry caramel malt, wood, and resinous hops. Robust flavour profile with a substantial malt backing that thankfully doesn't imbue too much sweetness. Nice IPA.

Can with thanks to Brian - as EVO IPA. Pours clear orange with a small off-white head that dissipates quickly leaving some lacing. Aroma is caramel and pine. Yay. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, nondescript. Lightish body, a bit harsh.

12oz can. Unfiltered hazy orange-copper body. Thin, foamy head laces up the glass. Pretty classic IPA, west coast in the sense that the malts are medium light and toasty, with a decent hop bill. Overall this is pretty tame stuff though, almost has a fishy UK feel. Drinkable, but a little lacking in body. Piny wintergreen sticky hops, classic.
