Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly. Aroma is slightly sweet grassy, yeast, wheat, grass, ripe banana, hay, minerals, paper, hints of bubblegum. Taste is slightly dry mineraly, weeds, hay, minerals, sour grass, paper, yeast, bark, wheat. Medium bitterness, watery and harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Boring.

On tap at the brewpub. Trübes goldenes Bier mit einer großen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, würzig, Nelke. Geschmack bananig, hefig, etwa Nelke.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours cloudy lightish amber with stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast, banana, and malt. Sweetish flavour of malt and banana, with pronounced estery notes and touches of hops. Hints of citrus. Rather rough and estery aftertaste with sourish notes. Enjoyable but not revolutionary.

Tap @ Husums Brauhaus. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, caramel, light banana and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 130413

Growler 100cl. @ home on the terrace.Murky medium orange colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, fruity, bubble gum, yeast, light banana. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, clove, bubble gum, fruity, yeasty, light banana. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy and moderate yeasty arpoma. Moderate bitter nice fruity flavior. Some esters presnet. Average moderate bitter fniish. Oily palate. OK hefe.

(Bottle 100 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy golden with a dense, off-white head. Plenty of banana esters in the nose - and yeast. Medium body with a soft mouthfeel, sweet banana accents, yeast and cloves and a light touch of phenols. A light and friendly Hefe. 060708

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer wtih an off-white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with light notes of banana, and so is the flavor though also with a note of straw. Thanks a lot yespr for briging this to Copenhagen and sharing.
