Big Swim is a West Coast style pale ale heavy on golden naked oats and flaked oats. We hopped this sucker to the max with Idaho 7 hops during the brew, then finished it off with a dryhop consisting of El Dorado and Idaho 7. The result made for an instant classic kind of styled beer. High on crisp piney bitterness, Big Swim is ultra flavorful. Fruity aromas and hints of melon are detectable on the nose.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear dark golden with a medium sized off-white head, good lacing. Floral, bready malts, citrus zest, bitter pine resin. Very good
