May the wheat be with you. Our Wheatwine Ale will be releasing on May the 4th! The beer is made with 80% Red Wheat, locally grown and malted by @solstice_malt . That’s right, EIGHTY PERCENT WHEAT. Zeus and Comet hops were also added to help balance the sweet dough flavor. Grab a few starting Wednesday and cellar a couple of cans, this one will be a fun one to try months down the road!
