Based on an “interrupted fermentation” technique. The yeast works on a specifically “0,0 beer” brewed wort for a short period of time (12 hours).

Non alcoholic beer, bright and golden. The aroma are reminiscent of the malts, with floral and hoppy notes. Very refreshing and light, with a smooth and long bitter aftertaste.

0,25 l bottle. Pours light golden with a couple of fingers of frothy, medium lasting white head. Aroma of vomit and some cardboard, luckily not very strong. Flavor is more pleasurable - vomit, cardboard with some non fermented malt. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is watery, carbonation quite lively. Finish is short, more vomit, more cardboard. Really terrible.

Bottle from Lupe Pinto. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - fudge and toffee. Light vegetable note. Taste - more fudge. Some hint of grassy herbs but it’s faint. Palate - light bodied throughout as expected. Overall - it could be worse for something that’s not a real drink.
