Bottle, courtesy of benzai through ELS, thanks! Pours darkest brown with a low head. Aroma is vanilla, oak, bourbon, slight booze, chocolate, caramel and toffee. Body is heavy, sweet and strong but not overpowered. A bit burnt, slight rubber. A pinch of acidity takes off the edge, making this strong beer quite drinkable without compromising too much. Still sweet palate though. Good!

Black with thick head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of vanilla sweetness. Some roasted malts. Light mocha. Slightly too carbonated. Lacks a bit of body and depth.

33cl Bottle at Mout. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of vanilla, roasted malts, some coffee, hint of bourbon, toffee, cream. Flavour of roasted malts, vanilla, chocolate, toffee, oak, light hoppy, roast bitter finish, coffee. Full bodied. Very tasty, really good, roast-forward.

Geproefd met Roelzie1986 bij de stadsbrouwerij te Eindhoven. Het is een zwart bier met weinig schuim. Het heeft een zoete geur. De smaak is gebrand mout, caramel en zoet.

Bottle at home, black beer, small head. Aroma is malt, coffee, chocolate, vanilla. Taste is the same, chocolate bitterness, some sweetness, long dry bitter aftertaste, very nice.

Bottle shared at THT. Black with beige head. Chocolate, vanilla, fudge, coffee, caramel, dead leaves. Lots of nice sweet RIS notes. Over medium sweet and light bitter. Almost full bodied.

Bottle. Black pour. Aroma of creamy milk chocolate, vanilla, coffee and caramel. Taste has smooth earthy vanilla, chocolate, caramel, molasses, milky coffee and a sweet vanilla finish. Soft mouthfeel. Very nice.

Bottle shared at Gekke Geit, The Hague. Black with a small thick beige head. Aroma of malt, vanilla, chocolate, fudge, toffee, coffee and the sorachi ace coming out a little. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Light full bodied with soft carbonation.
