Tap at Brewdog, Leeds. Cloudy, dirty orange colour. Minimal head. Aroma is mucky and piny. Some breadiness and caramel. Taste is very bitter at first, then the caramel sweetness kicks in.

Keg at Craft, Clerkenwell, Saturday 15th September 2012 Pours hazy brown with white rim for a head. Soft in the mouth, bit sweet but with a lemony sweetness. Fine but not as good as the Fyne Ale Sanda, in fact to be fair there was very little that were as good as that beer today. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov14 3.3

Bottle. An almost clear one, golden-orange in color and with a finger-thick, dense, off-white head. Lightly brett-like aroma with a solid dose of pine cones, and also some alcohol. Rather bitter flavor, with maltyness and some biscuity hints underneath. Pine cones, and some alcohol warmth, full body and pleasant carbonation. Lightly brett-like. Lasting bitter finish. Even after six years it’s a nice one, impressive. 120623
