On tap at the Fairview BP clear deep orange with a thin fine white head. Soft light pitted fruit in the aromas. Some peach and apricot. Flavors are a little bit more of the continental French/Belgian yeast and more light fruity notes. The ABV is apparent but not overpowering. A big smooth sipper. Surprised at the high IBU #

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
On tap at the brewery pours out crisp clean golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice rye spice some saison pepper notes and a little honey sweetness. Taste is more of the nice rye spice forward notes pepper some honey sweetness.
