KORÇA E ZEZË është një birrë unike për të gjithë Shqipërinë dhe më tej në rajon. Është një tjetër birrë, varietet krejt ndryshe, që nuk ngjason fare me dy llojet e tjera të birrave, për sa i takon shijes dhe aromave. Për prodhimin e kësaj birre përdoren 4 lloje malto, të cilët i japin dhe shijen e veçantë, ku mbi të gjitha dallohet shija e lehtë e karamelizimit. Ndërkohë edhe ngjyra e birrës është plotësisht e errët (e zezë), gjë që e dallon dukshëm nga birrat e tjera. Kjo birrë është më viskoze dhe me një buket tepër specifik dhe mjaft të admirueshëm. BIRRA 01 është një formulë tjetër birre, e cila është më e lehtë se birra bionde, falë ndërhyrjeve cilësore në recepturën e prodhimit.

#1483. Sweet, sweet, sweet - nothing more. Dark brown color, very sweet honey aroma, super sweet taste, honey, sugar; sugar in aftertaste. 7/2019, bottle, market, Tirana, Albania.

Can 33 cl. Dark brown color, yellowish foam. Aroma: caramel, sweet malt, dried fruits. Taste: sweetish, caramel malt, lollipops, slightly watery, slightly roasted, not bad light dunkel.

Thanks alex_leit for sharing this one. Deep brown with ruby highlights. Decent beige head. Nose: caramel, bread, dried fruit. Light body. Taste: relatively dry, malty. Caramel, brown bread, dried fruit. Low bitterness. Light and drinkable.

Can. Pours dark brown. Aroma is liquorice, roasted malts, only low burn, some caramel. Body is rather light, still rather roasted, but quite simple and without being boring, caramel, liquorice, maybe a hint of paperboard but not much. Dry palate, finding the right balance between simplicity and having flavours again. Good.

Bottle at Sarandë, summer of 2017. Clear amber to brown, small to a medium off-white head. Caramel and fake brown sugar, butter. Dry and very toasty. Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate finish. Okay in it's own way.

0,5 boks fra lokal sjappe på hotellrommet i Durres mai-18, delt med Kitty: mahognyfarget med fint beige skum som varer. Behagelig aroma og god smak med mørke karameller, litt kaffe og modne røde bær, alt i god balanse. Deilig ettersmak med mørke karameller og bær. Behagelig bitterhed. Drikker gjerne denne igjen, i hvertfall her i Albania.

Bottle from supermarket in Ksmail. Pretty bland tmavy offering but at least some difference firm majority of stuff here. Quite stouty flavouring of smoked chocolate.
