Pours clear amber not super carbonated. Nose has some bacon, sweet malts. Taste has smoked bacon, more of it, some caramel bin the background, bitterness, quite drinkable actually for all of that

Draft at the source.very hazy dark golden with a white head. Aroma of dough, yeast, grain and light malt. Flavour is above light sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at pööbel. Pours amber. Aroma sweet, caramel, floral, slight butter. Flavor is sweet and bitter, caramel, hops, dryness, grains, malt, but papery. Finish is dry bitter. Carbonation is high. Overall: drinkable.

(Keg at Valmiermuiža bar, 20170105) The beer poured deep golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had butter, grass and metal. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were butter, grain, metal, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A decent brew with too much butter-like features.

From tap at S. Brevinga, Riga, with UKM people 23.09.16. Golden. White head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of continentla hops and pilsner malt, with malt sweetness. Good bitterness. Some fruitiness. Very balanced and quaffable!

Draught@Põrgu, Tallinn. Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, floral and some mild yeasty and herbal notes. Flavour is yeast, some sweet malts, toffee and also some herbal and grassy notes.
