Hazy amber, small white head. Apple and horse blanket aroma. Tart apple flavour, mouthwatering sourness, slightly acetic. Bone dry with some champagne-like qualities. Not bad. 4 years past bbd, but compared to the previous ratings I think this one held up pretty well.

Bottle at Chriso’s 2012 Pre-GBBF Shindig, London. Pours very pale, white-yellow with a light foam head. Understated apple nose with suggestions of sugar. Light sweet flavor, tart. Light bodied with high carbonation. Tangy finish, mild apple character. Good, not great.

Bottle at Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig, 2012. It pours straw yellow, with a thin white head. The nose is lightly tart apple, farmyard and cloudy apple juice. The taste is Granny Smith and Braeburn apple, refreshing fruit tartness and lemon, with a dry finish. Light-medium body and moderate fizzy carbonation. Not much too it, but it is crisp and highly drinkable.
