On Tap at the Eagle brewery/taproom Deep dark black, lots of robust biting dark roast and deep smooth resinous hop bite. Full and punchy. Not fo the faint of heart. Leans a bit toward a dark CDA. Very good. Bold and balanced.

On tap at the brewery pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice rich coffee dark chocolate and some pine hops. Taste is more of the nice rich roast malts coffee chocolate and some pithy grapefruit bitterness on the end.
