On tap pours out amber red color topped with a fizzy head. Nose is cherry notes some complexity from the brett and barrel. Taste is more of the nice tart funky blend of cherries and barrel.

On Tap at BitterCreek Foggy redish amber with just a few bubbles. Nice deep barrel tartness. Lots of sour cherry flavors and some old school woody funk. Not super sour, drinkable but great balanced fruit barrel aged tartness.
