Poured from a 500 ml bottle. Aroma is slightly poopy and sulfury. Medium light grain notes. Moderate phenolics, pepper and clove. Moderate hop notes with overripe stone fruit, tropical fruit and light citrus. Some grass and alfalfa notes. Interesting aroma, but not great. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow gold with a medium large, rocky, white head that recedes somewhat quickly to the edges. Medium low lacing and smallish legs. Flavor has a light acidity with a slight sweetness. Some medium low grain notes and moderate bitterness. A bit of an off flavor, not sure if its sulfur or maybe a rotting vegetable type thing. Moderate bitterness with some medium light hop notes. As it warms a bit more hops, mostly tropical fruit and citrus with lighter stone fruit. Quite a strong phenolic note with some pepper and clove notes with moderate grass and alfalfa notes as well. A touch plastic. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied and very dry with moderately high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, not a very good beer. Way too spicy and phenolic without much fruit esters or hop notes. A bit grassy and vegetal too.
