From bottle at Borefts 2018. Aroma is tart and sweet raspberry with tart red fruits, funk, and more berries. Flavour is tart, mildly sweetish and sour. Body is medium. Very nice raspberry Sour.

2016 vintage. Amber, medium hazy body, with a big, creamy, yellowish head. Aroma of sourish raspberry, citrus, some straw, slight funk. Tastes quite similar, while more acidic. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes quite acidic, a bit funky, with sour raspberry, some straw. Quite acidic and not that complex, but interesting. Score: 8 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 15

0,75l bottle at home. Vintage 2016. red hazy color, small white head. smells raspberries, parfumy, jammy, grassy. nice to very nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes raspberries, grassy, earthy, bit lactic, bit jammy, . finishes dry and medium sour with notes raspberries, grassy and lactic notes. rather dry, overall good but a tad sour.

Flaska från Tommie Sjef, 2016. Guldig, nästan rostfärgad smått disig vätska med vit krona. Mogen, fyllig doft av solvarma hallon. Bra syra i smaken med toner av hallon, svarta vinbärsblad/grener och lätt hallonvinägersyra. Var rädd att denna skulle ha tappat i bärigheten med åldern, men tycker den mognat mycket fint och värdigt. Fortfarande massor av hallon, men med lite mer djup och mognad i. Mycket gott.

From bottle @ Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Pinkish red color. Raspberry aroma. Soft bretty notes. Sour soft bretty flavor with raspberries. Totally dry.

Dark red colour with no head. Aroma has some barnyard notes. Flavour starts with some farmyard funk and ends with fruity , sharp raspberries.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2018. A almost clear reddish beer with a small white ring. Aroma of tart cherries, lactic fruits and raspberries. Taste of tart raspberries, wood, lactic fruits, nice.
