Draft @ CBC 2012. Pours a dark brown color color with a small off-white head. Has a weak roasted malty aroma with yeasty hints and some weak citric citrus hints. Fruity malty malty toasted yeasty citrus flavor. Has a fruity roasted malty citrus hoppy finish.

Draught @ [ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012 ] @ Spartas Lokaler, Faelledparken in Osterbro, Copenhagen, Denmark.Dark brown red - amber colour with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, chocolate, prune, light roasted, moderate yeasty, pepper, lime, light farmyard - barnyard yeast. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, pepper, sweet yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120512]

On tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Clear dark brown beer, little pale tan head. Minerally crisp palate. Very mild dark malts. Some lemon zest. Not really getting any pepper. A crisp tasty little beer.

Draft courtesy of Terry, thank you sir! Hazy dark maroon color, thick eige head. Aroma of raw brown bread dough and subtle pepper. Taste is slightly sour pumpernickel bread. Very nice.

tap at cbc, pitch dark, smooth beige head. aroma is herbal hoppy, roasted malts, mint, fresh hoppy. flavor is roasted malty, mint, fresh hops.

From tap. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is mild fruity toasted, light yeasty. Bitter, light citric and crisp hoppy. Dry and bitter into the finish.
