Tap at ibrew. Aroma is caramel and bit of miso. Maybe only because I was looking for it. Bit fruity! Strawberry, something lightly spicy too. Nice enough.

Bottled. A dark amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and metal. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and metal, leading to a dry metallic finish. Thanks pinball for sharing.

A nice amber brown ale with a thin moka head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with fruity esters and nuts. In mouth, a nice nutty vienna with mineral notes, cant really taste miso, but good anyways. Medium bodied. Bottle at Mondiale 2009.

Bottle from Yamaoka. Rich, slightly sour aroma, with molasses, raisin, slightly warming and wine-like. Dark brown color with a lot of orange. Low, light colored head. Rich flavor with caramel malt, miso, a touch of sourness, something a bit medicinal, coming off the miso I guess. Rather sour and not as nice as their red miso lager.
