Empire Malting pale malts, with a small addition of Saaz hops. Kettle soured and finished with Norwegian yeast. Our interpretation of this traditional German style light beer is tart and slightly acidic, with a dry finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a fully hazed golen with a white head. Light tart citrus aroma. Tart lemon citrus flavor, light wheat, a touch of floral hop. Light, but solid.
