Can 500ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, toasted, vegetable, cardboard. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, malty, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20120506]

33cl bottle. Poured deep golden with a white head. Aroma is weak, with some sweet malt and graininess. Flavor, when trying hard, has grain and wet cardboard. No bitterness. High carbonation. Quite smooth mouthfeel, easy to drink nonetheless.

Copper colour, very high head. Floral smell. Very mild aroma, somewhat metallic, finish of... cardboard? Superboring "limited edition", over €3 per can is plain insane.

Canned (from Prisma, Vaasa). Golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is some floral hops, mild grains, some grass and mild bready notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some floral notes as well as mild grainy notes. The grains are not in a bad way. Actually this is quite refreshing. Either it’s very fresh, or then it’s actually a different recipe than Karjala III, as this is more floral. (having a normal Karjala III in a glass next to this one).

Can 500ml (K-Siltapuisto, BB 12/2012)
Brewery claims that this is different recipe than normal Karjala. Deep golden, maybe a bit amber color, small white head. Almost no aroma at all. Maybe light bread, paper and metal. Light bodied, watery palate. Light sweetish and bready maltyness. Light fruity notes. Finish has some harsh bitterness, short malty aftertaste. Only thing special in this beer is lack of aroma and taste.
