We add almost 100 pounds of pumpkin to the mash and delicate additions of traditional pumpkin pie spices in conditioning. This Pale Ale is lightly hopped and dry on the finish. The pumpkin pie notes are subtle and do not dominate.

On Tap at the 2015 Hoptober Freshtival, Boise ID Hazy orange. Fleeting almost non existent head or lacing. Light mild gourd flavors and aromas. Missing most of the classic pumpkin pie flavors. Light and dry and subtle.

On tap at fresh hop fest. Pours out a hazy golden topped with a small white head. Nose is pumpkin spice some tart notes. Taste is pumpkin some tartness spice.
