An all French pilsen malt gives this beer a honey aroma and clean maltiness. The Belgian yeast offers a spicy complexity, accentuated by the coriander, orange peel,black pepper added in the boil. Crystal hop’s citrus character,compliments the fruity,nature of this beer.

On tap at Salmon brew pub. Pours out a little hazy golden topped with a small head. Nose is spice belg yeast and citrus. Taste is as the nose with spice candy sugar pit fruit and some rich malts.
