22 ounce bottle. 2014 vintage. Hazy Amber orange topped by a massive Rocky beige head. Perfumy tangerine nose is big and yeasty. Tangy bittersweet tangerine malt flavor. Notes of yeast, vanilla, hay and cosmic funk. Bitter citrus hops come through in mid taste. Nicely complex and textured. Dry citrus finish.

bottle - Pours amber with an aroma of citrus and Belgian yeast. It’s a good, flavorful brew with citrus and spice character, assertive hops, and a medium body. It seems to hit what it’s trying to do pretty well though it’s not outstanding.

Shared bomber, pour to shaker. Slightly hazy, dark gold; medium head. Heavy lace. The brewer’s claim of "spicy, tart farmhouse funk" describes it well. Hoppy like a mild IPA.

22 oz. bottle. Light orange color, with a medium, beige head and solid lacing. The aroma is big resinous and citrusy hops, lemon zest, salt, and some funk. Musty and chalky sweetness, and mild, buttery hop bitterness that lingers through the finish. Medium body, acidic, silky, and surprisingly smooth. Overall, this is a nicely funky, hoppy, easy-drinking beer.

Bomber poured into a shaker. Pours a slightlt cloudy burnt orange with full thick head. Aroma is very fruity. Loads of tropical and citrus fruits with a bunch of Belgian yeast and a little bubblegum and spice at the end. Taste is light bitter. Belgian yeast and herbal and citrus hops dominate. Medium bodied with a slick texture. Soft carbonation and a long finish. Overall, not bad. Not my favorite but very enjoyable.

Draft. Buttery caramel, funky Belgian yeast, and a tropical fruity hops aroma. Slightly hazed straw gold with a large white head. Flavor practically identical to the aroma - Caramel malt, yeast, and tropical fruity hops. Body on the light side of medium, soft carbonation.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 5/14/2013. Pours lightly hazy orange amber color with a nice 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of orange zest, lemon zest, orange rind, grapefruit, pear, apple, clove, banana, pepper, caramel, floral, grass, light pine, light bubblegum, and floral/yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with good balance and complexity of hop, malt, and yeast ester notes; with good strength. Taste of orange zest, grapefruit, orange rind, lemon zest, pear, apple, clove, banana, pepper, caramel, floral, grass, light bubblegum, light pine, and floral/yeast earthiness. Lingering notes of citrus, citrus zest, clove, banana, pepper, caramel, floral, grass, light pine, bubblegum, and earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice balance and complexity of hop, yeast ester, and malt flavors; with a great sweetness/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, crisp, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a slight warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is an excellent Belgian IPA. All around great balance and complexity of hop, malt, and yeast ester flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
