Bottle. FLowery nose, roange, grapefruit, holunder. Also some cat piss. Bright gold, almost clean, with a low head. Sweet and peppery, lagerish malt, bread, citrus, holunder, pepper. a bit oily and heavy. A bit strange but pretty good.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yelow. Small white head. Aroma is citrusy. Mild estery. Citrusy. Dry and crisp citrusy finish.

330ml bottle [trade with Bartlebier, thank you very much!]. Barely clear, yellow-ish, faint, pale golden colour with small to average, thick, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity, spicy aroma, notes of elderberry. Taste is monolithic spicy, malty, hints of yellow curry, curcuma; light and minimally watery. As the elderberry is cleary identifiable in the aroma, it is very interesting to find it bonded in an absolutely homogeneous taste of genuine character.

Tap. Slight elderflower indeed, but mostly straw and a little bit of hay. Quite thin and soft, very summery, but not enough carbonation to make it really refreshing. Rather bland.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes lemons, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and lemons.

Pours golden color, some malt in the aroma. Nicely balanced with some hop character, and a fruity finish.

Die Holunderblüten sind im Geruch schon deutlich spürbar und verleihen ihm etwas Frisches, Besonderes. Der Antrunk ist auch hefig-holunderblütendominiert, in Hauptteil gesellt sich eine leichte, aber nicht zu starke Hopfenherbe hinzu. Insgesamt ist es klasse süffig-vollmundig mit schönem runden Abgang, der sehr lange anhält. Auch werden dort wieder leichte Hefetöne erkennbar. Das Bier ist superweich und schön vollmundig

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy golden, small head. Aroma of summer flowers. Sweetish with light body. White pepper and honey, clean mouthfeel and low bitterness. Unusual floral aromas.
