330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Yellow gold colour, foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of tart apple, white wine. Taste is sweetish apple, sulphur hint, acidic, white wine, some hay. Slick mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy & tart finish. Quite OK.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear pale yellow with a smallish rough white head. Tart and fresh apple aroma. Medium body, a fresh and initial apple sweetness with a little vanilla. And then balanced by subtle acids making a very drinkable Cider. 030412
