Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear very pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet apples and pear. Flavor is medium sweet. Dry finish. 310312

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are pears and apples, sugar and citrus. Nice and sour.

Bottle from Peckhams. Clear whte wine coloured. Aroma is sour apple and a bit musty. Flavour is slight apple, highly carbonated. Crisp and very dry finish.
