17.04.2014, tap (as Monks Augsburg IPA) @ Monk’s Porter House:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh grassy, lawn, wet hops, rubber, leafs, sap, light malts, pine needles. Taste is slightly sweet grassy, light malts, grass, sugar, leafs, sap, rubber, pine needles, wet hops. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry grassy mouthfeel, high carbonation. Fair enough.

Tap @ Monk’s Cafe, Stockholm. Pours hazy blonde, foamy white head. Aroma is herbal citrus. Taste is soapy citrus & washing up liquid. Not great.

Where: S:ta Clara, Stockholm.
Appearance: Hazy amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Fruit, floral, citrus, caramel.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Fruit, citrus, hops, floral, some malt.

From tap as Monks cafe augsburg ipa. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is pone hoppy and dry grapefruity. Bitter and slight herbal dry finish.

[4/25/15] Draught at Monks American Bar in Stockholm. As Monks Café Augsburg IPA. Murky orange-brown. Aroma of citric and slightly leafy hops. Flavor of citric and slightly “green” hops, and mild sweetish malt.

On tap at Monks Café Wallingatan. Hazy dark golden with a white head. Aroma of hops, hay and fruit. Similar taste. Relaxed and easy to drink. Not that bitter.

Hazy amber with lasting laces. Fruity aroma. Lot of tropical fruit taste. Nice bitterness, though rather short aftertaste.
