Brewed naturally with the finest malted barley, hops, and yeast. Our house Porter, aged and finished in a Tabasco pepper mash oak barrel, imparting a hot pepper character which intensifies with the roasty and subtle chocolate notes of the Porter.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of Doodler. Pours a clear dark orangey brown with a small, rough off-white head. Roasty nose with a lurking spiciness. Medium body, lowish carbonation, subtle roast, greasy spiciness, with a somewhat tart edge. The wood doesn’t really come through. Oxidized overripe fruit. No real bitterness but some Tabasco burn. A bit of a mess - but RARE! 190412
