Bottle courtesy of Saxo/HenrikSoegaard. Very dark brown with medium head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, oak and vanilla. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, hop, oak, little vanilla, hop, medium sweet, medium bitter and a little smoke.

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown excellent fully lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aronma. Oak very present. Moderate bitter nice flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Smoke and oak. Creamy palate.

Bottle courtesy of Saxo/HenrikSoegaard. Hazy dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is malty, roasted malt and smoked wood. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and roasted rather bitter finish. 211212

Bottle. Nice creamy head with excellent duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, oak, vanilla, chocolate, coffee and hops. Nice and creamy.

Doft av choklad, trä, torkad frukt, tobak och farinsocker. Smak av bitter choklad, lite kärvare beska än väntat, bränd smak med vaniljtoner. Kanske skulle jag väntat några år till innan öppnandet.

Fruktig doft av torkad frukt, mörka bär, söt tobak, vanilj och fat. Smaken lite överaskande vass, hårdrostad malt med lätt bränd karaktär, bitter choklad och lite störande mycket restsötma. Skulle kanske fått stå ett år till.

Bottle 330ml.Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, coffee, shoe shine, smoke, wood, smoked wood. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120324]

Dark brown color. Mild aroma of roasted malt and apple skins. Good body structure, strong presence of roasted malt, combination of alcohol pungency and malt sourness. Good, but not very Imperial.
