Bottled 375ml. -at Projekt Ljubljana, shared with Marko & Hrabren. Blackish coloured, minimal pale beige head, coffee and light vanilla in the nose. A way too sweet taste. Coffee, vanilla, cocoa and some caramel with noticable alcohol in the finish.

0.375l bottle at Projekt with H&O. Very dark brown body, almost no head. Big, lovely aroma - tiramisu by all means, sweet coffee, cocoa and even more so, vanilla, with some alcohol. Sweeet taste, cocoa and coffee, vanilla, creamy, lovely taste, but very, very sugary. Too sweet, bit warming, but excessively sweet...

0.375 l bottle shared with Ogi and Marko at PROJEKT, Ljubljana. Dark brown to black, oily, minimal head. Aroma is alcohol, coffee, molasses, roasty. Hints of biscuit. Sweet, coffee, biscuit, caramel, vanilla, nice tiramisu resemblance if that's what we're aiming for. Sweet, not really too sweet, smooth, sticky, alcohol not so present in the flavour, finishes sweet.

Bottle from the brewery. Black, medium beige head, creamy and lasting. Stronger cocoa nose, some milder vanilla and rum notes, roasted and coffee notes way in the back. Quite sweet start, chocolate and vanilla. Some rummy presence and dry fruits, coffee way later and quite in the back. Rum aftertaste. Medium full, quite cloying. No sign of alcohol. Not too tiramisu-like, but still nice dessert.

0.375l bottle from the brewery. Aroma of coffee, cocoa, vanilla and dust. Pours pitch black color with thin creamy light brown head, yeast and cocoa residue and soft visible carbonation. Tastes of sweet liquid tiramisu, lots of chocolate and lots of rum, mouthfeel is smooth and warm alcoholic, while finish is pretty bitter. Full body, sticky texture and soft carbonation in palate.
