75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with no head. Aroma is nutty, herbal and dry honey. Sweet honey flavoured, slight nutty dryness and alcohol bite. Lingering sweet yet nicely broken by the nutty flavours. Sweet and medium dry nutty into the finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a clear golden. Sweet, spicy aroma. Solid body, sweet honey and almonds, warming alcohol in the finish combined with a piney spiciness. Very pleasant. 190511

Golden color. Aroma of honey and aniseed; fresh and marine. Thick body, with a very sweet front; it has some of the caramelly flavor of the chestnut honey, but also a high degree of acidity; there is a touch of ripe apples and stewed fruits. The final is a bit less sweet and reveals a light astringency in the background. Not elegant, but without doubt interesting.
