(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a thick foamy white head. Mildly grainy pale malty aroma with a doughy touch as well as herbal and slightly grassy hops. Moderately bitter flavour with a light malty sweetness, light to medium bodied, moderately carbonated mouthfeel. Quite soft and sourdoughy malty base with herbal hoppy accents, drying the brew towards the moderately hop bitter and slightly metallic finish. Still a decent example of the style. 21.V.10

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts quite hoppy, modest sweet. Finish is more spicy, well balanced, still sweet. A good one!
