12.7 oz bottle from the Reserve Society. Aroma is slightly peppery, old books. Taste is spicy Belgian yeast character with a hint of tartness. Pretty boozy.

Bottle 750ml @ Sommerhuset
Pours hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, caramel, alcohol, floral, hint of belgian yeast. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long warm, floral, citrus, malty and yeasty finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

750ml bottle, Preservation Society, pours a clear dark gold with tons of carbonation and a solid finger of white head. Nose has tropical fruits like pineapple and super ripe melon, yeasty esters, a little banana bread, some pineapple upside down cake. Flavor has the apricots, pineapples, candi sugar, some spice, some yeast, champagne at the end. Finishes full bodied, spritzy, boozy.
