Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Strange perfumed notes overpowering elderflower. Light bitter unbalanced flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate. rubbish.

Many thanks to Skinnyviking for bringing a 500ml bottle to the second day of our Absalon tasting session. Clear golden body, declining white head. Fair lacework. Floral hoppy taste with pale malts. The elderflowers are up front in the taste character that also brings hints of lemony hops. Sweet fruity ending offset by a touch of herbal bitterness. On the average level (Copenhagen, hotel room 13.05.2012).

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt and elderflower. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. A dense, two-finger white head sits on top of a clear, golden body. Nice lacings. The aroma is quite influenced by the elderflower extract, with pale malts and some citrus. All a bit less present than I’d wish. The flavor is also a bit weak, with a pleasant elderflower touch as well as pale malts and some citrus. Medium body, quite dry, and a bit low on carbonation. Overall, a quite pleasant and tasteful beer, but it’s too anonymous. 120405

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, sweet malt, moderate flowers - elderflowers. Initial flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter bitter, finish flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, artificial sweet, elderflowers, acrid bitter in the late finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120313]

Golden with a small hite head. The aromais heavy bready malty with floral notes. Sweet malty flavour with fruity and floral notes.
