Using all of the trendiest hops (Amarillo, Sorachi Ace, Mosaic, Pacific Jade, Cascade) this beer explodes with hop flavor and weighs in at 130 IBUs. However, as is always the case with Three Notch’d, this brew is dangerously drinkable!
