3 oz pour on draft at Adroit Theory. Raspberries, light tartness, mild sweet notes, with a 4.5% ABV. Solid. I’m actually kind of shocked by this beer, clearly by it’s name, Antithesis, it’s meant to go against the grain for what Adroit is known for - loud, brash, bold beers. However, this one works so well - it’s not necessarily the best beer I’ve ever had from them, but it was sessionable. It was bold in it’s own right, as it broke away from the ~16 other beers available that were all heavy, dense +7% IPAs and stouts.
