The yummy sibling of our Classic White, this beer uses the same base mash, which we then kettle soured to create a clean, mellow and bright acidity. Then we threw in a bunch of Tangerine juice for a huge citrus punch.

4 oz pour on draft at Vanish. Poured a hazy yellow color with an off-white head. Aromas of herbal notes, light funky tropical fruit notes. Flavor had a sharp tartness to it, almost sour, but not acidic. Tangerine juice.

4 oz pour on draft at Vanish shared by radagast83, thanks Chris! Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of tart oranges, herbs, light funk. Tastes of tart oranges, spices, herbs. Medium-light body with a dry finish.
