In ancient Hebrew, the word "Echad" means unity or oneness. Similarly, this beer unites many hop varieties in small quantities to create a hoppy pale ale that is a chorus of zesty, grapefruit flavors, with overtones of peach and stone fruits.

Can. Beer Central Sheffield. Hazed gold. Fine white foam. Semi sweet biscuit malt up front. Nice bright piny notes. Some well ripe citrus peel. Taste has a hint of sweetness first with a pithy zesty bitterness. Clean and easy going. Good nick overall with brisk carbonation. Bit of juicy bitterness to finish. Nice pow wow.
