Hergestellt aus bestem Braumalz mit vollen und kräftigen Aromen, Brauwasser aus dem Tiefbrunnen der Schlossgartenquelle, mit Doldenhopfen und Hefe aus eigener Reinzucht. Unser Festbier gibt es ab Mitte Oktober jeden Jahres rechtzeitig zur Winterszeit und zu Weihnachten in limitierter Auflage.

Many thanks for this 500 ml flasche to Mariusz. Piwo ma ladna trwala piane, slodowo-chmielny profil. Na podniebieniu pozostaje goryczka co w tym stylu jest zadkoscia. Piwo jest klarowne bursztynowego koloru.

500ml bottle kindly shared by Finn. Bright amber, rocky off-white head, rich lacing. Distant brown malty nose. Taste of earth, mild caramel and a slight backdrop of dried fruits. Papery dry ending. Not so much to offer. (Session with djoeye and Finn, Tromsø 25.05.2018).

Flaske fra Schönefeld, Berlin. Delt med djoeye og Rune i WC-veien. Mørk gyldenbrun. Høyt kremaktig skum. Pen lacing. Lett karamell- & krydderaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken pepperkaker. Balansert. Forsiktig tørr ettersmak.

Festbier? My godnesss. Not much fest in this one. Quite dull and boring stuff.
Dark golden color with a fine off white head. Looks nice. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Caramel malty and herbal flavor.

Clear medium amber colour, tall frothy white to off-white head, good retention, light lacing. Aroma malts, grain, bit caramel, fruity touch. Taste light heavy sweet and slightly bitter, malty, sugary, spicy notes. Malty sweetbitter aftertaste, fruity touch, hint of caramel; medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, decent Märzen.

0.5l bottle as a part of bavarian beer set, marktkauf/edeka. pours a clear deep amber with a small white head and little lacing. aroma of caramel and grains. flavour of bread, caramel, grass. medium body, bittersweet finish.

500ml bottle. Clear, wonderfully amber-ish red colour, with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Malty, slighty strawy aroma, a touch of caramel and red fruit. Otherwise identical taste is enriched by hints of dry fruit parings.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, leicht fruchtig, würzig. Geschmack malzig würzig, leicht fruchtig, minimale Bitterkeit.
