Divine providence enabled us to upscale production with the addition of extra fermentation capacity. Therefore, we decided to celebrate by brewing a simple homage to the classic Belgian blond ale. Fruity, bitter, and easy drinking.

Can. Beer Central Sheffield. Mostly clear burnished gold. Ring of suds. Belgian yeast and sweet biscuit grain. Some toffee caramel notes. Taste has a light sweetness with a fairy heavy burnt caramel bitterness. A little bit hard work really.
