Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazed, deep red. Ring of pink bubbles. Nose has blackberry yoghurt. Fresh blackberry. A little earth and mineraly funk. Taste is dry and lightly sour. Some fruit sweetness on the lips. Clean and refreshing on the palate. Bright carbonation. Dry and light tart finish. Very easy drinking.
