Black with a dark brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and lots of coffee. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and roasted moderate bitter finish. 180212

Growler @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are coffee, roast malt, chocolate, caramel and hops.

Growler. A more or less black one, with a tan head of moderate size. The aroma has a solid dose of mocha, with dark chocolate and some burnt hints. Smooth and soft on the palate, medium to full-bodied and quite dry, with lots of mocha in the flavor. A pleasant hoppy bitterness chimes in towards the end. Even though I don’t drink coffee, this one’s certainly one I’d like to have more of. 120218
