Belhaven Black Scottish Stout really is something completely different. Fresh roasted aroma and taste with a hint of coffee from the roasted barley used in the recipe. The addition of Chocolate malt adds a dark chocolate complexity. Simply hopped with Challenger to provide a clean low level bitterness. The dry hop character from challenger is kept to a minimum allowing the key roasted and chocolate flavours to come to the fore. Brewed using pure Scottish water and a unique blend of Scottish triple malts sourced from the finest locally grown barley.

16 oz. nitro can from The Mansion. Pours a super dark mahogany color with a tight beige head and excellent retention. Very nice nitro action. Great lacing too. Dark chocolate and dark coffee aroma. Very roasted barley and malt flavors. Creamy mouthfeel. Medium body. Slightly dry finish. No coffee taste or bitterness. A very good stout.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bardzo dobre ciemne piwko , łagodne pijalne, piana drobniutka ale utrzymuje się dość długo, pozytywnie zaskoczony , zakupione w lidlu za okolo 5 zł, mimo informacji ze data przydatności na szyjce butelki takowej nie znalazłem .

50cl bottle. Pours black with limited and vanishing foam. Aroma is coffee, a little chewing gum, nothing more. Body is average, with intense carbonation. Taste is moderate in both sweetness and bitterness. Finish is fairly short.

4.2% alk. Lagana crna piva, tipa stout. Recimo ako cemo ju usporedivat sa jednim Guinnessom ova mi je mnogo bolja.

Dugo već nisam pio kupljeni stout. Jedan od mojih omiljenih stilova. Sviđa mi se, samo da je još malo jači alkoholom, ovako mi djeluje malo prazno.
