Cask at the Marine, Sidmouth. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, yeast and light woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, malt, light floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Pint on tap at The Union ,Paddington. Still golden amber beer with thin creamy white head. Caramel malt nose. Some lacing, smooth but light mouthfeel. Taste and finish are herbal and grassy with touches of burnt toffee. Nice pint, just needs a bit more body.
